Years ago, between 1890 and 1960, Tomtom was the most valuable district of Istanbul. Located at the intersection of Galata, Çukurcuma and Karaköy, Tomtom District is happy to regain its fame of a century ago.

Hakan Kodal
With over 30 years of expertise in investment banking and real estate developments, the founder of Krea Real Estate in 2006 brings a wealth of experience to OptylonKrea. Before founding Krea, he served as the GM of Yapı Kredi Koray, one of Turkey's leading Real Estate Investment Trusts, from 1997 to 2006. As a respected figure in the Turkish real estate industry, Hakan also held the position of Founding Chairman in major real estate organizations such as GYODER and TAMPF.
Charles Wanecq
Charles, with 12 years of experience in real estate development and investment banking, possesses a rich background in finance, highlighted by roles in trading and financial engineering in Paris and New York. As the Co-Founder of Optylon in 2014, a Lisbon-based private equity company specializing in real estate, Charles has showcased his significant expertise in investment banking and corporate finance. He's also a founding partner of LovelyStay, a tech startup in Lisbon dedicated to creating software for the short-term rental industry.
William Tonnard
Boasting 12 years of experience in real estate development and investment banking, has a diverse financial background marked by a five-year tenure in banking in Hong Kong within the Global Equities and Commodity Derivatives division. As a Co-Founder of Optylon in 2014, a private equity company based in Lisbon focused on real estate, William has demonstrated considerable expertise in real estate investment. He's also a founding partner of LovelyStay, a Lisbon tech startup that specializes in developing software for the short-term rental industry.
Dilek Sayar Arditi
Dilek Arditi, with a remarkable 24 years of experience in real estate business development, investment management, and banking, has demonstrated a multifaceted expertise in the financial sector. Her journey began in treasury sales and corporate banking activities from 1996 to 2002. Between 2003 and 2005, she provided consultancy services in strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Since 2007, she has been involved in real estate fund management, business development, legal and tax configuration, investment management, and project finance at Krea.
Şafak Nervo
A broad spectrum of experience spanning 16 years across various real estate sectors, including market research, retail, office, residential, and investment funds. Her career has evolved through advisory roles and developer positions in international companies. During her seven-year tenure at CBRE Turkey, Safak led multiple departments before transitioning to Portugal. Since 2016, she has been a key player in the Investment Immigration market in Portugal, working closely with HNWI on fund raising and touristic apartment sales.
Vincent Escalas
Building on a solid foundation in the finance sector, Vincent has amassed a diverse portfolio of experience over the years. His journey began with four years of investment banking at NATIXIS Corporate in New York, followed by another four years in asset management and real estate investment in Lisbon. His multifaceted skill set is further emphasized by his proven track record in leadership and management of analysts, where he has been responsible for recruiting, training, reviewing written presentations, and reporting upwards.
