As EU countries phase out property-based Golden Visa programs, investment funds are emerging as the preferred alternative for international investors seeking residency.
Portugal, one of the most sought-after destinations, still offers Golden Visa eligibility through fund investments. One standout example is Optylon Krea, a Turkish-French joint venture operating under the Ando Living brand. Since launching its fund in 2018, Optylon Krea has attracted 650 investors from 42 countries. According to Chief Commercial Officer Şafak Nervo, Turkish investors lead participation, followed closely by Americans, who make up 26% of the total.
