LIG1 Fund invested into commercial spaces of Corpus Cristi Project which will be kept during 7 years until the exit term of the fund. The leasing of the spaces will be done by international brokers and additional cafes & restaurants are planned within the project. Additional cafes & restaurants are planned within the Project.  

The remaining of the retail units are expected to host retail brands, souvenir and concept stores.
