Head of Marketing

Profile:

• Higher education in Sales, Marketing, Communication,Public Relations or Management
• Previous professional experience in a similar role, inmultinational and multicultural company, ideally also working in a fast pacedenvironment
• Previous professional experience ideally in realestate fund management and in hospitality sectors
• Good track record of proven tangible results throughthe marketing activities
• Experience with Hubspot, Photoshop, Illustrator, andMS Office and social media management
• Preferably Native English and Portuguese speaker(other languages are a plus) and based in Lisbon
• Sales & commercial approach
• Team player

What is your mission:

• Define and coordinate the marketing strategy of thecompany in general to implement it to the lifestyle and golden visa products inPortugal and other countries.
• Preparing yearly marketing budget together with CCOfor achieving annual results and executing the budget throughout the year.
• Defining marketing recruitment needs and balancing itwith outsource support.
• Executing social media, PR activities, webdesign/revisions, offline marketing materials production
• Managing content creation, copy writing and editingthe online&offline marketing materials (newsletter, interview, opinionarticles, presentations, brochures…etc)
• Competition analysis of the related markets onmarketing perspective
• Giving periodic reports on the marketing activitieswith tangible indicators
• Working with digital marketing manager and sales teamto optimize the sales results
• Allocate resources to different projects and settingshort-term and long-term department goals
• Liaises and coordinates LS and Ando Marketing teams
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistentacross all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, webpages and promotional material)
